Responsibilities
- Drive consistent revenue by designing retention initiatives informed by data, enabling accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them across all aspects of retention strategy.
- Explain decision-making clearly, linking forecast analysis to execution across email, SMS, direct mail, and other retention channels.
- Champion the organization’s proprietary retention methodology and the technology platforms that enable it.
- Lead initiatives with accuracy and intent, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with client goals.
- Take full ownership of results, tackle complex problems, and focus on building, refining, and scaling high-impact retention programs.
