About the Role

Covetrus is looking for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our customer partnerships. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations and outstanding service by managing accounts, coordinating activities, and acting as a trusted point of contact.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for customer-facing teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including contracts, activities, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for customer reviews.
  • Serve as a reliable contact for operational enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities across internal departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a commercial administrative, account coordination, or customer service role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and preparing reports/presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

  • B2B experience.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
