Afirme is looking for a Customer Profitability Manager (Gerente de Rentabilidad Clientes) to design, coordinate, and supervise customer and segment profitability models. You will lead initiatives to update the inputs and rules for customer profitability analysis, driving continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Design, coordinate, and supervise profitability models for individual customers and segments.
- Lead the updating of inputs and rules used to generate customer profitability metrics.
- Analyze the financial contribution of the various segments within the portfolio.
- Identify and report on highly profitable, low-profit, or deficient customers to generate improvement actions.
- Develop executive reports, key indicators, and presentations for senior management and strategic committees.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the measurement and allocation of costs associated with customer relationships.
- Participate actively in the credit committee.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for profitability tools, processes, and methodology.
- Maintain and update rules for profitability distribution.
- Provide constant support and training to the branch network and staff areas.
- Follow up on systems requirements for the area.
- Support commercial, risk, and finance areas in segmentation or retention decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or Economic-Administrative Sciences.
- Experience in creating and tracking financial projections, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting Financial Statements, managing and exploiting databases, analyzing information, and proposing improvements.
- Experience generating analysis, reporting, and presentations for the area, and tracking improvement projects in administrative and/or systems processes.
- Experience managing personnel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
