Cisco Systems, Inc. is hiring a Customer Journeys Marketing Director to lead a team whose charter is to compel audiences to go deeper by providing strategic, well-placed assets. You will develop and own the end-to-end customer journey strategy and drive continuous improvement through testing and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the Customer Journeys team.
- Develop and own the end-to-end customer journey strategy.
- Evaluate journey performance and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization.
- Work across other Cisco marketing groups to integrate a consolidated product and services value proposition across the full customer lifecycle.
- Provide strategic direction and alignment to all journey and channel members – across web, email, paid display, search, and content syndication.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of experience in a related marketing role.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle strategies.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $230,000.00 to $289,800.00 (starting range for new hires in U.S./Canada locations) + equity: Eligible for grants of Cisco restricted stock units.
