We are ofinto ag, on a mission to become the leading online provider for ergonomic office chairs and height-adjustable desks in the DACH region. We are seeking a Customer Hero to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will be a key player supporting customer communication and logistics for our fast-growing e-commerce company, working primarily remotely.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer communication via key channels, including live chat, email, and phone.
- Work cross-functionally between logistics and customer service to ensure smooth processes and error-free deliveries.
- Manage subsequent customer care following the delivery process.
- Work primarily remotely while maintaining daily communication with team leadership and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in online retail, the office furniture sector, or customer service.
- Native German speaker with very good French language skills.

- English language skills.
