Reedsy is hiring a Customer Happiness Intern to join our mission of giving authors the tools and resources they need to create beautiful books. You'll help support our community of 5,000,000 authors and contribute directly to optimizing their experience on our platform.
What You'll Do
- Offer support to Reedsy users.
- Review projects submitted on the platform.
- Build customer funnels by designing emails and in-app messages to reactivate users and introduce features.
- Maintain and update our FAQ based on user feedback and questions.
- Suggest product features based on user feedback.
- Contribute to maintaining a high NPS (currently at 86).
What We're Looking For
- An analytical mind.
- Ability to work as part of a remote team and show initiative.
- Strong writing skills with perfect grammar and spelling.
- Native-level English speaker.
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months.
Nice to Have
- Customer support experience is welcomed, but not a necessity.
- Previous experience working or an interest in a marketplace and/or in a creative industry.
- A good dose of ambition and a great sense of humour.
- Fluent in French, Spanish, or German.
