Join Too Good To Go as a Customer Experience Specialist providing bilingual support in French and English. You will be the main point of contact for our users and partners, delivering outstanding customer service and turning them into brand ambassadors for our mission. This fully remote role is based in Toronto and is part of our international company, a certified B Corp focused on reducing food waste.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for users and partners, providing outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
- Answer questions through Social Media tools such as Facebook, App Store, Play Store, and Google Reviews.
- Handle priority situations with high care and proactively contact users and stores when necessary.
- Help build and implement processes to encourage, inspire, and empower partners and consumers to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle.
- Be a brand ambassador in all communications, encouraging, inspiring, and empowering customers towards more sustainable behaviour.
- Understand and communicate customers' needs and motivations to internal teams locally and globally.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Full written and verbal proficiency in French and English to communicate with users and partners.
- Someone based in Toronto.
- A first-class and inspiring communicator.
- Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
- A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts.
- Detail-oriented individuals able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Canada superstar team within an international company with over 1350 teammates across 20 countries. You will report directly to the Customer Experience Team Lead.
