TTI Canada / Techtronic Industries Inc. is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for a 10-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all customers, both internally and externally, by managing order entry and communications.
What You'll Do
- Provide support and build solid relationships with customers and the sales team.
- Perform accurate, on-time order entry with a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Ensure orders are precise in terms of products and prices.
- Inform customers by e-mail of order details such as order number, unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
- Support Customer Service E-Mail and phones with order inquiries (ETA/tracking), price and availability, and basic product information.
- Collaborate on cross-functional tasks whenever required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma.
- Good working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle are an asset.
