About the Role

McDonald’s Corporation is looking for a Temporary Customer Experience Lead to ensure the smooth execution of customer-facing initiatives across restaurant and digital touchpoints. This highly operational role brings order, structure, and flawless coordination to a wide range of customer experience projects.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the execution of customer experience initiatives, such as campaigns and POS projects, across restaurant and digital channels.
  • Work closely with Brand and Menu teams to roll out strategic priorities operationally.
  • Manage workflow between teams and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of campaigns and projects on all touchpoints before go-live to ensure flawless execution.
  • Own McDelivery performance, focusing on day-to-day operational management, and work cross-functionally with delivery partners and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in marketing roles with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
  • Ability to track and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines across various touchpoints.
  • Highly structured, process-driven, and detail-obsessed working style.
  • Experience supporting and steering teams and collaborating across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
  • You take initiative and own your projects end-to-end.
  • A learning mindset to keep pace with the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
  • You are collaborative, solution-oriented, and always one step ahead.
  • You adapt quickly and stay calm in fast-moving situations.
  • Relentless curiosity about McDonald’s customers and business.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams, including Brand & Menu, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain, as well as external partners.
