Blueground is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction for US clients. You will work at the core of customer support, field operations, and business coordination in a multi-task role managing both inbound/outbound calls and a tickets queue.
What You'll Do
- Handle complex client inquiries with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
- Plan and optimize daily task schedules for field associates based on task location, priority, and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor the quality of services across properties and help implement solutions to improve the client journey.
- Build and maintain strong communication lines with both internal departments and external vendors.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and contribute to streamlining internal processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in customer service (BPO experience), operations coordination, or back-office support.
- Experience in previous Team Leader or Supervisor roles requiring escalation management and customer compensation decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems (CRM, task management software, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on weekends as needed based on business priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in route planning or task scheduling is a strong plus.
