EssenceMediacom is hiring a Customer Enablement & Training professional to join our Customer Success organization. This role is central to empowering our customers through effective training and enablement strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver training programs to enable customers
- Create resources and materials that support customer success
- Collaborate with the Customer Success function to identify training needs
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer enablement, training, or customer success role
- Ability to create engaging educational content and programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a remote environment

This is a fully remote position and is open to candidates based anywhere within the United States.
