Arbor Education was looking for a Customer Education Team Lead

Arbor Education is hiring a Customer Education Team Lead to lead a team providing essential training to our MIS customers. In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality training delivery, champion the Voice of the Customer across the business, and collaborate closely to develop and maintain our training content.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a small team of Customer Education Specialists delivering remote and on-site training.
  • Serve as a point of escalation and support for your team and the wider Customer Team.
  • Represent the team in business meetings to lead on new initiatives.
  • Ensure the Voice of the Customer is shared throughout the business.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure all fee-based training content is current.
  • Partner with the Customer Team to ensure timely and effective training delivery.
  • Guide the creation and maintenance of engaging, interactive e-learning materials.
  • Conduct quality checks on your team’s work.
  • Perform monthly 1-1s and line management duties.

What We're Looking For

  • Driving Licence required.
  • At least one year in a SaaS business within customer education, training, or a similar role.
  • Experience in line-management.
  • Knowledge of an education-based MIS.
  • Ability to challenge processes and systems to increase efficiency.
  • A can-do attitude with problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • A passion for people management and willingness to develop.
  • A champion of the Arbor values.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to school sites, team, and management meetings.
  • Experience with video conferencing software and using a Learning Management System.

You will lead a small team as the Team Lead for the Customer Education function.

Work Mode

This is a remote position, based in the UK, with occasional travel required.
