Perk is hiring a Customer Care Travel Advisor - AmTrav (Remote in Texas)

About the Role

Perk is looking for a Customer Care Travel Advisor to deliver exceptional service for our AmTrav corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing travel bookings, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the entire travel journey.

What You'll Do

  • Execute flawless bookings and modifications via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-city international trips including air, rail, ground transport, and lodging using proprietary software.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for corporate travel policy, ensuring all bookings align with company tiers, budgets, and preferred vendor contracts.
  • Provide white-glove service for C-suite executives, managing specific preferences.
  • Monitor global events like weather, strikes, and geopolitical issues and proactively reroute travelers to keep them safe.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a high-touch customer service environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Crystal-clear professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy, able to learn new SaaS platforms quickly and manage multiple browser tabs and tools simultaneously.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position with an IRL-first approach, requiring the team to work together in-person 3 days a week. The role is open to candidates working remotely in Texas.
