CoverGo is hiring a Customer Care Representative to provide a high-quality service experience through an omnichannel approach. You'll handle inbound and outbound contacts to solve customer needs, retain customers, and answer routine inquiries, sometimes deviating from standard procedures to resolve problems.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
- Cultivate and maintain on-going customer relationships.
- Use a computerized system for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues.
- Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns.
- Handle incoming calls from technicians to provide support.
- Offer creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- The ability to successfully meet a pre-employment background screen.
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- The ability to type 25 wpm.
