Equiniti is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will handle 100% of your time on incoming phone inquiries, providing professional assistance to shareholders, their representatives, and the investment community regarding share positions managed by Equiniti.
What You'll Do
- Respond to phone inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, providing resolution within established standards.
- Perform research during and after calls as needed to resolve problems and inquiries.
- Act as a back-up for inquiries from higher revenue and contractual clients.
- Document call notes ensuring key data is accurately captured in the system.
- Maintain required performance metrics: Call quality, Productivity, Adherence to schedule, and Risk and Compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of previous high-volume Call Center experience.
- Flexibility regarding both schedule and daily duties.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of High Touch Customer Experience.
- Comfort using technology and working in multiple systems simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Baseline knowledge of the Financial Services industry.

- Compensation: $20.00 hourly
