Lidl is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our dynamic store team. In this role, you'll tackle a variety of tasks, from customer service to operational duties, ensuring our store is clean, organised, and welcoming. You'll work closely with colleagues to keep the business booming and deliver the service our customers deserve.
What You'll Do
- Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
- Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
- Passionately provide excellent customer service
- Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
- Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late
- A positive approach to changing priorities

- Compensation: £13.45-£14.45 per hour
