Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments
- Support customer accounts by identifying issues and implementing solutions to meet organizational objectives
- Enter and manage orders in Oracle, update shipment timelines based on factory planning, and communicate schedules to customers and sales teams
- Comply with SOX regulations and company policies for revenue recognition
- Pursue high standards in accuracy, quality, and process uniformity, aligned with customer service benchmarks, and propose improvements
- Coordinate customer demand with available supply, resolve logistics challenges, and support adherence to customer delivery timelines
- Ensure planning and manufacturing teams have clear visibility into customer demand
- Review and verify customer demand data, engage directly with customers to understand needs, track inventory usage, and monitor product qualification and transition statuses
- Collaborate with demand planning, supply chain, logistics, and finance to balance supply allocation with customer and internal requirements
- Lead operational initiatives tied to customer needs, such as ERP upgrades or IT integrations affecting fulfillment or supply chain workflows
- Track and report monthly and quarterly revenue figures, highlighting risks or opportunities affecting revenue forecasts
