Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers within the Infrastructure Management division.
- Design and implement advocacy initiatives featuring customer success stories, testimonials, speaking engagements, and reference participation.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Success, Partner, and Sales teams to incorporate customer narratives into marketing and market launch strategies.
- Conduct customer interviews to gather impactful success stories and reframe technical achievements into clear business benefits.
- Facilitate customer involvement in webinars, panel discussions, user groups, and industry events.
- Organize and manage a centralized library of advocacy materials while monitoring engagement data to assess program effectiveness.
- Share insights and feedback from customer advocates with internal departments to guide product enhancements and messaging strategies.
