Cority is hiring a Customer Advocacy & Community Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to amplify customer success stories and cultivate a vibrant user community.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage comprehensive customer advocacy and reference programs.
- Develop and execute community marketing strategies to foster engagement.
- Create compelling content showcasing customer success stories and use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and highlight customer champions.
- Measure and report on the impact of advocacy and community initiatives.
