About the Role
The specialist will assist in organizing, reviewing, and distributing curriculum materials, ensuring consistency and quality across all content platforms and supporting instructional teams with timely resources.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify accuracy of educational content
- Support the development and formatting of curriculum resources
- Ensure materials meet accessibility standards
- Collaborate with instructional designers on content updates
- Maintain version control for all curriculum documents
- Assist in organizing digital learning assets
- Respond to content-related inquiries from teaching staff
- Track revisions and changes to course materials
- Format documents for multiple delivery platforms
- Proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency
- Support quality assurance checks on curriculum updates
- Coordinate with subject matter experts for content validation
- Assist in translating materials into required formats
- Maintain a centralized content repository
- Provide logistical support for content rollouts
- Monitor curriculum usage and feedback
- Update metadata and tagging for content discoverability
- Assist in creating instructor-facing documentation
- Support training sessions on new curriculum tools
- Troubleshoot content display issues
- Ensure compliance with educational standards
- Archive outdated materials according to policy
- Prepare reports on content status and progress
- Assist in onboarding new team members to content systems
- Participate in curriculum review meetings
Nice to Have
- Experience with curriculum management software
- Background in K–12 or adult education settings
- Familiarity with SCORM or xAPI standards
- Experience in a contract-based role
- Knowledge of inclusive design practices
