What You'll Do
- Manage HR administration: Support employees throughout their career journey, handle documentation, benefits, and HR systems.
- Organize training and development: Coordinate training sessions, liaise with external providers, and support managers in developing their teams.
- Lead initiatives and projects: Prepare wellbeing activities, coordinate HR projects, and support internal communication.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and teams across the company to create an environment that fosters engagement, collaboration, and growth.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree, preferably in a humanities field.
- Relevant professional experience in a related role.
- Communication skills: Empathy, active listening, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Organizational abilities: Planning and coordinating HR activities, training, and events.
- Knowledge of HR processes: Onboarding, offboarding, compensation, training, and employee development.
- A sense for company culture: Ability to create an environment that supports engagement and promotes company values.
- Proficiency with HR systems, MS Office, and basic analytical skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Advanced level of English.
