What You'll Do

  • Manage HR administration: Support employees throughout their career journey, handle documentation, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Organize training and development: Coordinate training sessions, liaise with external providers, and support managers in developing their teams.
  • Lead initiatives and projects: Prepare wellbeing activities, coordinate HR projects, and support internal communication.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and teams across the company to create an environment that fosters engagement, collaboration, and growth.

What We're Looking For

  • A university degree, preferably in a humanities field.
  • Relevant professional experience in a related role.
  • Communication skills: Empathy, active listening, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Organizational abilities: Planning and coordinating HR activities, training, and events.
  • Knowledge of HR processes: Onboarding, offboarding, compensation, training, and employee development.
  • A sense for company culture: Ability to create an environment that supports engagement and promotes company values.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, MS Office, and basic analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Advanced level of English.
