We are looking for a CS Key Account Advisor (US) - Vietnamese Speaking to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of Booksy's High Value customers to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and active platform engagement, with a focus on revenue retention and strengthening relationships within the Vietnamese market.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels to High Value Providers.
- Efficiently and promptly resolve incoming inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct onboarding of Providers to increase online bookings during the onboarding period.
- Educate providers on the functions of Booksy.
- Make outbound contacts focused on customer and revenue retention.
- Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Identify expansion opportunities by aligning our product roadmap with Vietnamese market trends.
- Play an integral role in generating new sales that turn into lasting relationships.
- Attend meetings with potential High Value Providers according to business needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure localized collateral reflects the tone and values of the Vietnamese business community.
What We're Looking For
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese.
- Professional fluency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success, specifically working with Vietnamese customers.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding and support.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex changes into simple, actionable messages.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust across multiple teams and regions.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption and engagement metrics.
Team & Environment
You will join the Customer Success team and report to the CS Onboarding Manager (US). You'll be part of a rapidly growing, global company environment suited for driven self-starters committed to creating an inclusive environment for people from all backgrounds.

- Compensation: $24.95 hourly.
