- Keep current with cruise line offers, operational policies, and international travel regulations.
- Work with cruise providers to obtain competitive pricing and special benefits for customers.
- Resolve customer issues and booking complications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote and sell supplementary travel products including shore excursions, insurance, and lodging around cruise dates.
