Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Croatian Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide outstanding remote support to our Croatian-speaking client base. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, offering product guidance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective remote assistance.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent remote support to Croatian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services efficiently.
- Assist customers in understanding product functionalities and maximizing their usage.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Croatian, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own tasks in a remote environment.
- A genuine interest in technology and a dedicated commitment to helping customers resolve their challenges.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role.
