Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Croatian Speaking Liaison for Hotel Bookings to be the primary point of contact for Croatian-speaking clients traveling to Greece. You will facilitate the booking experience and provide comprehensive information on accommodations and local attractions.
What You'll Do
- Assist Croatian-speaking clients with hotel reservations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information on hotel options, rates, amenities, and local attractions.
- Accurately process reservation requests and confirm all details with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve booking issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and reservations in the CRM.
- Stay informed about current trends in the hospitality industry.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Capable of managing client concerns and providing efficient solutions.
- Competent in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support.
Nice to Have
- Experience in hotel bookings, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong enthusiasm for travel and familiarity with popular hotel destinations in Greece.
