Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM strategy for major seasonal campaigns, coordinating with product, design, and sports/casino units to ensure alignment.
- Develop and integrate gamification elements like tournaments, missions, and reward systems across the player journey.
- Create and scale standardized processes for requesting, building, launching, and promoting CRM campaigns.
- Enhance engagement features such as boosts and missions to increase user participation and completion rates.
- Supervise and develop a team of CRM managers to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign delivery.
