Oowlish Technology is looking for a CRM Specialist focused on the Klaviyo platform to manage client email marketing and customer relationship strategies. You'll play a key role in building and executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize client accounts on the Klaviyo platform
Design, build, and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and customer data to drive improvements
Integrate Klaviyo with e-commerce platforms and other data sources
Develop automated customer journey flows and segmentation strategies

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing CRM programs, specifically on the Klaviyo platform
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics
Ability to segment audiences and personalize communication at scale
Analytical skills to interpret data and report on campaign performance
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Medellin, Antioquia, Lima, San José (Costa Rica), and across Costa Rica.
