About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and implement CRM strategy to strengthen customer relationships
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze customer behavior to identify engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to align CRM initiatives with business goals
- Optimize CRM workflows and automation processes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM platform
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Work with IT to maintain and enhance CRM tools and integrations
- Develop segmentation models for targeted communication
- Improve customer journey mapping through data analysis
- Support lifecycle marketing from onboarding to retention
- Coordinate with customer service to align messaging
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations
- Evaluate new CRM technologies and features
- Lead A/B testing to refine messaging and timing
- Report on KPIs such as open rates, conversion, and churn
- Ensure brand consistency across all CRM touchpoints
- Manage external agencies or partners involved in CRM execution
- Drive cross-functional projects related to customer experience
- Contribute to long-term customer retention planning
