Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Critical Facility Maintenance Engineer (3rd shift) to maintain and ensure the continuous, reliable operation of a critical data center facility. You will be responsible for monitoring, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems to maintain 100% uptime.
- Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment, boilers, ventilating and water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, and filters.
- Analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of problems/malfunctions, and take corrective action.
- Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Learn and understand the data center site to manage incidents and events that put critical systems at risk.
- Manage work orders, including CMMS, Vendor Management, and Customer Facing Tickets.
- Understand and comply with emergency escalation procedures.
- Perform additional job duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience working in a data center or critical facility.
- Experience with building systems, including: UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgears.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and CMMS.
Nice to Have
- Corrigo experience
- Universal EPA 608 certification
- Trained in NFPA70E

Team & Environment
Work as part of a JLL facilities management team at a client campus with a data center managed by JLL. This role reports to the Data Center Chief Engineer.
