Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Critical Facility Maintenance Engineer (3rd shift) to maintain and ensure the continuous, reliable operation of a critical data center facility. You will be responsible for monitoring, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems to maintain 100% uptime.
Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, air conditioning equipment, boilers, ventilating and water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, and filters.
Analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of problems/malfunctions, and take corrective action.
Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Learn and understand the data center site to manage incidents and events that put critical systems at risk.
Manage work orders, including CMMS, Vendor Management, and Customer Facing Tickets.
Understand and comply with emergency escalation procedures.
Perform additional job duties as required.

What We're Looking For

2+ years experience working in a data center or critical facility.
Experience with building systems, including: UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgears.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and CMMS.

Universal EPA 608 certification
Trained in NFPA70E

Team & Environment

Work as part of a JLL facilities management team at a client campus with a data center managed by JLL. This role reports to the Data Center Chief Engineer.
