KBC Group is seeking a Credit Officer to join our Consumer Credit Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing consumer loan portfolios and handling client accounts throughout all phases of insolvency proceedings. You will play a key part in supporting our branch network and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our banking systems.
What You'll Do
- Manage consumer credit loan products.
- Handle personal credit accounts through all stages of insolvency proceedings.
- Process accounting and non-accounting entries into banking systems and relevant software applications.
- Provide advisory and consulting services to the branch network.
- Support the resolution of client complaints and claims.
- Collaborate with relevant internal bank departments.
What We're Looking For
- Secondary education completed with a school-leaving exam (maturita).
- Very good user-level PC skills (minimum MS Office).
- Strong customer orientation.
- Knowledge of consumer financing product specifics.
- Precision, conscientiousness, diligence, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team and take individual responsibility for results.
- Willingness to learn new things.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the bank's credit policy and the products and services offered by ČSOB.
- Comprehensive exam in all categories according to the Consumer Credit Act.
