Paired is looking for a Creator Project Coordinator to be the vital link between our agency and the creators we partner with. In this remote, UK-based role, you'll ensure projects run smoothly by managing product shipments, keeping creators on track, and guaranteeing footage is delivered on time and to the right people. You'll work closely with Creative Strategists, Producers, and Editors to deliver every UGC project with clear communication and without delays.
What You'll Do
- Track product shipments to creators and ensure they receive everything needed.
- Update and maintain ClickUp tasks and deadlines, keeping the wider team aligned.
- Proactively follow up with UGC creators to ensure briefs are understood and deadlines are met.
- Check in on the delivery of footage, flagging delays, and troubleshooting issues quickly.
- Maintain strong, friendly relationships with creators so communication feels seamless.
- Support the team with organisation, documentation, and project tracking to reduce friction.
