Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of affiliate initiatives and product seeding programs from start to finish
Source, engage, and integrate content creators from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and new digital platforms
Handle large-scale outreach and distribution of products while fostering genuine, lasting creator relationships
Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies using data-driven insights
Oversee the end-to-end journey of creators, from first contact to sustained collaborations
Develop and improve operational workflows for outreach, follow-up, and long-term retention
Work cross-functionally with content and growth teams to align campaign messaging and promotional offers
Experiment with new creator types, platforms, and engagement tactics to drive scalable growth
