Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of FP&A platforms, including Pigment
- Design scalable financial models that support strategic decision-making
- Integrate artificial intelligence tools into financial workflows
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in financial planning
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for executive insights
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
- Lead system upgrades and enhancements in coordination with vendors
- Train finance team members on new tools and functionalities
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential finance applications
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues within FP&A platforms
- Align financial systems with evolving business scale and structure
- Partner with data teams to ensure reliable data pipelines
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
