Stronger GmbH is hiring a Creative Strategist (Vollzeit, m/w/d) to join our performance marketing agency. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing social advertising campaigns for our e-commerce clients, managing budgets, and working directly with creative teams to drive campaign success.
What You'll Do
- Analyze customer social ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and derive meaningful adjustments.
- Manage partner advertising budgets within the Meta Business Manager.
- Analyze and utilize optimization and scaling potentials for campaigns.
- Implement campaign strategies in close consultation with the creative team and creator management.
- Organize content planning for assigned projects and bear content responsibility.
- Ensure campaign concepts are successfully implemented.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in business administration or marketing, or comparable training.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social advertising, including independent management of media buying and advertising budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Meta Business Manager and the ability to fully manage, analyze & scale campaigns; knowledge of relevant KPIs for e-commerce.
- Ability to analyze & interpret campaign results and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Enjoy working with numbers and recognizing what iterations make sense.
- Organizational talent, structured working method, and ability to transfer this to the team.
- Independent, responsible working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- Good German & English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Open, communicative nature and experience in customer contact.
