At Pont Connects e.K., we’re looking for a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) to own and grow our most important client relationships in the software solutions space. You’ll be the strategic partner for our key customers, helping optimize their business processes while driving our growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key customers in the software solutions sector.
Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to optimize their business processes.
Negotiate contract terms and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of software solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in Key Account Management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a confident demeanor.
Experience in handling CRM systems and digital communication tools.
High self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in the software industry.
Experience in selling IT products, ideally infrastructure software or IAM systems.
Successful communication at all customer levels and knowledge of the specifics of the public sector.
