Creative Dreams is looking for a Creative Strategist (m/w/d) to produce and optimize ad creatives on Meta and TikTok for our DTC brand partners. You’ll act as the primary client contact, developing creative and copy strategies while analyzing performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and create creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads for Direct-To-Consumer brands.
- Create and continuously develop copy and communication strategies.
- Conceptualize and plan creative tests.
- Write copy for video and static ads.
- Communicate directly with clients and bear client responsibility.
- Evaluate creative tests and account performance based on relevant KPIs.
- Lead regular coordination and strategy calls with clients.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience in an agency environment, project management, and independently managing clients.
- Initial experience leading small teams of at least 2-3 people.
- Ability to create a copy strategy, research, and think in terms of target audiences.
- Analytical and strategic deep-dive into target audiences and knowledge of how to excite them for a product.
- Proficiency in social media trends and adapting them.
- Data-driven evaluation of work and good knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Managers.
