Paired is looking for a Creative Strategist to join its Growth team. This junior role focuses on ensuring creative excellence across our DTC brand's marketing, split evenly between reviewing external agency assets and coordinating a network of User-Generated Content creators.
What You'll Do
- Review video ads from external agencies before launch, ensuring quality and brand fit (50% of role).
- Assess hooks for effectiveness and ensure they are not overly clickbaity.
- Check that the lead and body sections of videos are well-edited and flow logically.
- Flag technical issues like caption formatting, aspect ratios, audio sync, and pacing.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to agency partners.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Source and reach out to new UGC creators (50% of role).
- Send creative briefs and ensure creators understand deliverables.
- Book and coordinate shoot days.
- Manage ongoing communications with our creator network.
- Track content delivery and follow up on outstanding assets.
- Build relationships with top-performing creators for repeat collaborations.
