Naturecan is looking for an Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist for a remote, part-time position based in Hartford. You’ll receive guided training from day one to support our customers and operations during weekday daytime shifts.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer questions about services
- Handle and confirm incoming orders
- Provide status updates on requests
- Enter data into internal systems
- Resolve basic client concerns
- Communicate with distribution staff
What We're Looking For
- No prior support experience is needed
- Strong written English skills
- Comfortable using web-based tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Must reside in the U.S.
