Paradox is hiring a Creative Strategist - EdTech (French fluent 🇫🇷)

About the Role

Paradox is seeking a Creative Strategist fluent in French to lead the transformation of a personal brand ecosystem into a global, iconic company brand. In this role, you will architect a dual-brand strategy and command the entire content factory to produce unique, high-impact work that drives growth.

What You'll Do

  • Architect a symbiotic 'Dual-Brand' strategy where personal and company brands reinforce each other.
  • Propose radical new content formats that break the conventions of the 'Self-Help' industry.
  • Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Take responsibility for the full production chain, from writing hooks to ensuring the final cut matches the vision.
  • Find, hire, and onboard necessary talent to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Treat the primary talent as the 'Actor' on set, ensuring scripts, set, and direction are flawless.
  • Take full leadership of the internal content team by setting the tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence.
  • Provide high-level artistic direction and act as the final quality check for all published content.
  • Challenge the team to constantly upskill, pushing for sharper cuts and stronger visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce content assets specifically designed to convert in Ads.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate based on feedback, killing what fails and scaling what works.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success building a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).
  • Experience managing a creative team and giving feedback that elevates work.
  • Elite scripting skills, with a portfolio showing scripts you wrote that performed well.
  • Experience in environments where content had to drive business results, not just vanity metrics.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
  • Fluent English, able to hold detailed conversations with English-speaking colleagues.

Team & Environment

You will lead an internal content team, including a Factory Manager, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers, by creative authority, and report to the VP Marketing.
