Superside is looking for a Creative Lead (Video) to spearhead our video creative production services for clients across Africa. This role is central to delivering high-impact visual storytelling and establishing our creative presence in the region.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end creative production process for video projects, from concept development to final delivery.
- Oversee creative direction, ensuring all video output meets high standards of quality and aligns with client brand guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for video services in the African market.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute innovative video solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading video creative production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and formats.
- Expert knowledge of video production workflows, from pre-production and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding creative projects to successful completion.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be based in Africa or have significant experience working with the African market.
