BioPak seeks a Creative Artist/Graphic Designer to develop original visual assets for apparel, marketing materials, catalogs, and digital platforms. You will bring client concepts to life while ensuring a consistent and on-brand aesthetic across a creative, quality-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Create unique graphic designs and elements for apparel.
- Compile on-brand presentations for the sales team.
- Design advertising elements for retail and marketing materials like brochures and tradeshow booth graphics.
- Help with the creation of catalogs.
- Perform photo editing and manipulation for catalog and website.
- Provide creative visual artwork and images for social media, photography, and apparel.
- Create artwork for templates used by production art team.
- Receive client artwork requests from Product Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
- Assist in creating social media posts across all platforms.
- Support the Creative Team with assets for the website.
- Collaborate with Creative Team to maintain a consistent look and feel for design and photography.
- Support all three business units (Golf, Pro-Sports, Corporate) with 90% of time spent on Apparel Graphics.
- Develop original concepts based on existing brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A portfolio displaying experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Expert level in Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Typography skills.
- Art manipulation skills.
- Photo editing skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic and illustrative work, with an emphasis on pop culture, sports, and music, demonstrating strong conceptual design skills.
- Understanding in pop culture, sports culture, urban brands, and visual language of brands like Kith and Nike, focusing on conceptual design.
Nice to Have
- Drawing skills.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabric limitations, and print methods (can be taught).
- Understanding of embroidery, screen printing, and sublimation (beneficial but not essential).
