Warner Bros. Discovery is hiring a Social Creative Intern for Summer 2026 to join Avalanche, a Warner Bros. Games studio. You will work with a fast-moving team to ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content that powers campaigns for new seasons, movie launches, and K-dramas. This role is centered on learning the full content craft, from concept to publish, while mapping platform trends for Southeast Asian audiences.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize reactive and meme formats, BTS social shoots, and rapid content support for premium titles.
- Spot and translate trends from TikTok, Reels, and Shorts into brand-compliant creative formats.
- Execute end-to-end production, from ideation through editing in CapCut and Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, with emphasis on narrative flow, tempo, and in-visual captions.
- Adapt creative concepts to local culture and fandoms for market-specific relevancy.
- Apply regional and global tone of voice and social strategies to keep content aligned with editorial standards.
- Operate under fast turnarounds with calm, methodical workflows that maintain quality under pressure.
- Collaborate with producers and Social Marketing country leads, managing clear timelines for on-time delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience creating content for blogs, social media, or websites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must commit for a minimum of 3 months full-time, starting from May/June 2026.
- Must be enrolled at a University during the internship period.
- Must have the right to work in Singapore.
Nice to Have
- Good command of English, with Korean or another Southeast Asian language as a plus.
- A passion for entertainment and pop culture, following industry trends and engagement with our content.
