elmenus technologies is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead product design from discovery to delivery, drive user research, and own our design system. You will shape the user experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

Lead product design from discovery to delivery, including problem framing, creating user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and production-ready specifications.
Operate with AI co-pilots to generate design variations, explore solution spaces, run heuristic checks, create test artifacts, and document decisions.
Drive user research by planning and running interviews, usability tests, and surveys; synthesize insights into clear opportunities.
Validate designs rigorously by creating experiments, defining success metrics, and iterating based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to ship features, advocating for accessibility and performance.
Own and evolve the elmenus design system.
Communicate crisply with stakeholders using concise narratives, prototypes, and decision logs.

What We're Looking For

6–10+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer or B2B products at scale.
Demonstrated use of agentic AI co-pilots in real design workflows (e.g., idea generation, spec drafting, prototype stitching, microcopy).
Strong user research skills: planning, moderation, synthesis, and usability testing.
A portfolio showing problem-solution clarity, outcome orientation, and systems thinking—not just polished UI.
Proficiency with Figma/FigJam, prototyping tools (e.g., Framer/ProtoPie), research tools (Maze/Lookback/Hotjar), and AI tools (e.g., Cursor/Copilot/v0/Notion AI).
Excellent written and spoken communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

Experience in marketplace, logistics, or food delivery domains.
Skill in crafting micro-animations.
Basic front-end literacy (React/Flutter) or experience with design token pipelines.
Experience instrumenting analytics (events, funnels), reading dashboards, and running A/B tests.
