Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members to meet performance goals, ensuring consistent quality and providing training as needed.
- Oversee frontline sales operations, including customer communication, inquiry handling, call monitoring, and CRM data integrity.
- Track key performance indicators and generate reports to assess trends and recommend operational improvements.
- Act as point of contact for client escalations, maintain clear client communication, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient administrative support for daily sales functions.
