Go Nimbly is hiring a CPQ Architect to design and deliver sophisticated quote-to-cash (Q2C) solutions. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert guiding clients through discovery, architectural definition, and implementation across Salesforce and adjacent CPQ/Billing platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery to understand selling motions and pricing strategies, translating them into a scalable CPQ data model and process design.
- Design end-to-end Q2C architectures spanning from Lead to Revenue, including integrations to CLM, e-signature, billing, and ERP systems.
- Model products and pricing, establishing guardrails for discounting, approvals, and complex scenarios like ramp deals and consumption pricing.
- Author technical design documents and present architecture to client stakeholders.
- Scope and estimate for CPQ workstreams and migrations, identifying risks and dependencies.
- Guide implementation by partnering with developers, owning configuration standards, data migration strategy, and test plans.
- Set governance for CPQ and Billing, including release management and documentation.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to Go Nimbly’s point of view content.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years designing and implementing RevOps and/or Q2C solutions, partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and IT.
- Deep CPQ expertise with Salesforce and at least one modern CPQ/Billing platform like Nue.io, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Conga, or DealHub.
- Proven product/pricing modeling skills for bundles, configuration rules, advanced pricing, multi-currency, and channel scenarios.
- Hands-on integration experience across CLM, e-signature, billing, payment gateways, data warehouses, and ERPs like NetSuite.
- Salesforce platform breadth across core objects, Flow, Platform Events, and Apex/Lightning best practices.
- Mastery of subscription lifecycle events and their ARR/RevRec implications.
- Strong data and migration skills, including data model rationalization and cutover planning.
- Experience with Agile delivery, including backlog shaping and story writing.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Application or System Architect certifications.
- CPQ/Billing vendor certifications from Nue.io, Salesforce, or Conga.
- Experience with consumption/usage-based pricing or marketplace monetization.
