NAPA Auto Parts is launching a new robotics automation startup and is looking for a CPO & Co-founder to build it from the ground up. You will co-manage the company and have real influence over product vision and business strategy. This is a hands-on founder role focused on transforming robotics automation opportunities into a scalable product and growing business.
What You'll Do
- Co-manage the company.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for a robotics automation startup.
- Shape and develop the company’s product offering in the robotics and automation space.
- Identify market opportunities and align product strategy with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor robotics and automation trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Build and lead a small, high-performing team.
- Create a culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and high execution standards.
- Design internal processes and operational structures from scratch.
- Oversee core business operations and support financial planning activities like budgeting and forecasting.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3+ years of leadership experience in startups or technology companies.
- At least 3+ years of experience working with robotics technologies.
- Proven experience in building products, projects, or ventures from scratch.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and scale new ventures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-uncertainty startup environments.
- Experience with project management and process design.
- Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Experience in robotics automation platforms or industrial automation.
- Experience working with hardware + software products.
- Background in deep tech or engineering-driven startups.
- Experience collaborating with investors or participating in fundraising processes.
