Responsibilities
- Manage profit and loss for the Romanian market and establish a clear plan for sustained business expansion.
- Study market dynamics, competitor activity, and user behavior to inform localized strategic decisions.
- Lead performance improvements in customer acquisition, retention, and product positioning through collaboration with CRM, Content, Product, Affiliation, and Compliance units.
- Adapt global marketing initiatives to meet the cultural and commercial expectations of the Romanian audience while supporting company objectives.
- Design and implement promotional offers, bonus programs, and retention tactics tailored to casino and sports verticals.
- Track key performance indicators, spending limits, and financial projections; produce performance summaries and convert data into actionable steps.
- Maintain full adherence to local regulations and oversee communication with government bodies and industry stakeholders.
- Lead market-specific initiatives and align internal teams to ensure effective implementation and consistent brand presence across all platforms.
