- Manage budget planning and financial oversight for the country unit.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and new market entry.
- Support product localization efforts to meet regional customer needs.

- Lead change initiatives and manage transformation projects as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between local and global teams.
