Responsibilities
- Lead sales expansion through effective management, strategic planning, customer support, and flawless implementation of regional go-to-market initiatives across sales, customer success, technical solutions, business development, support, and field marketing.
- Act as the primary local representative for all functions in SAARC, including coordination with Product and Engineering when needed.
- Develop and fulfill regional hiring requirements for SAARC by collaborating with global functional leads and recruitment teams.
- Establish strong leadership development and succession planning across all departments in the region.
- Oversee recruitment logistics, work permit procedures, government relations with economic development bodies, and compliance with local employment regulations.
- Create and implement strategic plans for SAARC in alignment with regional and global leadership.
- Serve as the central contact for resolving operational issues in SAARC, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Ensure consistent adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements across all regional teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by fostering team collaboration, nurturing talent, and driving organizational change.
- Be prepared to actively contribute to execution tasks and influence outcomes across teams.
- Lead regular business rhythms including forecast reviews, functional performance meetings, deal assessments, account planning, team huddles, and company-wide events.
- Represent the organization at external industry events, press engagements, and public forums as needed.
- Maintain active relationships with the Economic Bureau of Development and other relevant regional associations.
