Amentum is hiring a Counterintelligence Officer 2 to provide dedicated support to a client in the Northern Virginia area. In this role, you will conduct vulnerability analysis, deliver actionable briefings, and apply in-depth knowledge of foreign intelligence capabilities to protect critical assets.
What You'll Do
- Support our Client’s mission in the Northern Virginia area.
- Conduct thorough vulnerability analysis and surveys.
- Deliver clear, concise, and confident briefings to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and 3-7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys.
- A strong ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
- In-depth knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities, including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT.
- A solid understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods.
- Familiarity with CI risk analysis concepts, including insider threat detection.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of intelligence operations, including risk assessment.
- You must possess a high-level US Government issued clearance at the time of application.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree.
- Direct experience in Intelligence Operations, Analysis, or Support to Field Operations.
- Experience identifying targeting leads through exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages.
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
- Formal CI training and/or certifications.
- Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
- Foreign language skills.
